The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with modern amenities. the breakfast was delicious and served in a lovely setting with great views. the hotel was conveniently located near key attractions and transportation.

The shower in the room was a bit outdated and could use some improvements. the noise level in the hotel was a bit high at times, which could be bothersome for light sleepers.

this hotel was situated 1 mile from tourist destination like via san gregorio armeno. we found nice gran caffe imperius nearby with hot beverages. rooms in napoli centrale were tidy.

Hotel was large and LUXURY. Porta capuana was in the immediate vicinity. Room had its own terrace. We appreciated this property and would definitely book again.

This is a very affordable, centrally located, small place located within a courtyard on the main square of the Central Train Station. No frills, but quiet and comfortable. Very helpful service from the attendant. We left too early for breakfast, so I cannot comment on its quality.

The only slight negative was that one side of the bed (in Italy, matrimonial beds are two singles pushed together) had an uncomfortable mattress, but the other side was very nice and suited us fine.

Close to the station, good breakfast, friendly staff, convenient luggage storage.

I recently stayed at a hotel near Napoli Centrale train station and I had a fantastic experience. the hotel's central location was a major plus. It was just a short walk from both the alibus stop and the train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city and beyond. Additionally, the hotel had a very friendly and helpful staff. They were always available to assist with any queries or requests, ensuring a comfortable stay. The room itself was spacious and well-maintained, with a classical Italian style that added to the charm. The big bathroom was a pleasant surprise, providing ample space to freshen up and relax. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was a great start to the day, with a variety of delicious options that were included in the price. I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel's value for money, attention to detail, and excellent location.

Our stay at this hotel was excellent. The staff spoke english, were friendly and helped out with our needs at the hotel. The hotel doesn't look the best from the outside as its near the train station, but the room was beautiful. There was free wi-fi, which worked the majority of the time as well.

Its called a bed and breakfast, although there isn't really much of a breakfast. I wouldn't book this hotel if you are looking for the breakfast aspect of a B&B. It was difficult to locate from the trainstation on our map, but that was mostly due to our lack of familiarity of the city.

Convenient location, just a short walk from the central station and with a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Spotless and clean rooms, which were cleaned daily.- Friendly staff at the reception, even though their English was limited.- Simple but satisfying breakfast with freshly brewed coffee and croissants.

Some rooms were small and depressing, with malfunctioning fixtures like the TV and hairdryer. Inconsistent Wi-Fi connection and intermittent hot water in the shower.

Very nice. Good location, good security, a/c worked fine, the room was big and well decorated, there was even a balcony. The staff was friendly. Wifi worked fine in my room. Exactly what I was looking for. You can take the r2 bus from 1 block away to the downtown / port area. Very convenient.

It's a little hard to find, even knowing where to look. Look for small sign that says, "Napoli Centrale Hotel". Bed was springs not mattress, but worked well enough. Shower had some problems. A little street noise came through the window, but not too bad. For the money, this was a superb place. Would definitely stay again.
